The most comprehensive trade and networking event for security and safety in the Middle East, Intersec trade fair and conference is building up momentum for its 2012 edition. With that, organiser Epoc Messe Frankfurt has announced that there will be a major emphasis on the fire & rescue section, which is predicted to double in space for January’s edition.
New entrants to the fire and rescue industry in the region, as well as growth of existing participants has meant that the dedicated Fire & Rescue section at the trade exhibition will take up twice as much space than in previous years. This is in line with the exhibition’s stance as the region’s foremost exhibition for security and safety in the Middle East. With Halls 1 to 8 almost fully booked a full 6 months prior to show date, the 2012 edition is pointing towards strong growth trends and promises to be the biggest showcase for the event to date.
Amongst some of the key exhibitors already signed up within the Fire & Rescue section are: Siemens, Naffco, Sffeco, Rapidrop, DuPont, Bristol, Underwriters Laboratories, Cooper, Al Arabia Safety & Security, Scott Health & Safety, Komtes, Teknoware, LPG, UAE Civil Defence, Bauer Kompressoren, LPCB, Akron Brass, Hochiki America, Kentec, Eurofunk, Apollo Fire, Firetrace, Fike, Mavili, Arasca Medical, Olympia Electronics, Sibca, FirePro to name a few. Naffco, long term supporters of the event will return once more with one of the largest stands at the trade fair, while first time exhibitor Siemens will join the fore of key international players at the event.

Naffco, the largest firefighting equipment manufacturer in the Middle East, has been exhibiting at Intersec trade fair and conference since its inception 14 years ago. For Naffco, the exhibition has become an integral component of their long term growth strategy.

Global mega brand Siemens will make its debut in January, exhibiting its range of fire products including detection and suppression systems and solutions. Siemens, with 160 years experience in fire safety has been operating in the Middle East market for 75 years and intends to further expand its presence through the exhibition.
